We are a full service Travel agency. The only difference is our office has changed. Like everything else we have gone virtual. We are here to help you plan an amazing vacation. We will call you , send you paperwork if that is preferred and be in touch every step of the way.
I would like to introduce myself and my agency. My name is Luann Borrell and I have been a travel agent for 25+ years.
I have worked East Coast and West Coast, Managed Travel Agencies, Created a successful start up and love planning the perfect trip.
The people that work with me are experienced agents and well traveled.
Borrell Travel is a tribute to my parents whom I loved traveling with and who always supported my travel career. They loved hearing about new places and looking at the pictures of my travels.
Use the internet for research and ideas but when it comes to the actual putting together of your dream trip let us do the work.
There is no need to access a dozen websites, we have them all at our fingertips. Wholesalers and Cruise lines pay us to work for you. In most cases we will find better rates and give our opinion on what is best after gathering information from you. You will always have choices. A deposit will be required if booked in advance which goes direct to the wholesaler and we are paid after you travel. Cancellation insurance is built in and terms and conditions are always provided.
